Profile Description

As an Amazon Account Specialist, my primary goal is to maintain account performance metrics in GOOD standing by proactively addressing seller performance notifications, negative reviews, and compliance-related concerns. I help sellers optimize their listings to enhance visibility, improve search rankings, and ultimately increase sales performance on the platform.

Core Services:
-Account Health & Compliance Monitoring – Actively track and resolve performance notifications, policy violations, and compliance issues.
-Listing Management & Troubleshooting – Create, update, and optimize Merchant and FBA listings, including variations via flat-file feeds.
-FBA Shipments & Inventory Reports – Create and monitor FBA shipments, manage replenishments, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to track performance.
-Order & Return Management – Handle FBM & FBA orders, process return requests, and manage Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders.
-Customer Support – Assist buyers with inquiries through the Buyer-Seller Messaging tool and provide support via calls, emails, and chat.
-Dispute & Reimbursement Filing – Process A-to-Z claims, chargeback disputes, review disputes, reimbursement requests, and return disputes.
-Seller Support – Contact Amazon Seller Support via phone or email for issue resolution management.
- Report Generation & Business Analysis – Generate FBA, sales, and performance reports to provide actionable insights for business growth.
