Dental Virtual Assistant

I have 2 years experience being a Customer Service Representative under Dental department where in we do cater services for US Citizen members who will call with their inquiries about their Dental insurances, benefits, coverages, providers, and even claims. And my most recent experience is as a Dental Virtual Assistant where in my main task is to verify a patients' eligibility and benefits through the portal and by calling the insurance company, and updating their profile through the OpenDental software.

When I was still a trainer I did manage a lot including the personal lives, performance, and other issues and concerns of my trainees all while attending meetings and doing admin tasks.

I was also a communication and process trainer for 9 months under the same department, where in I teach to our new hires how the Dental insurance system works in the USA. I was also commended for getting good feedbacks from my trainees and manager, hence I was awarded as a world class trainer.
