Profile Description

Hi, I’m Iny, a Financial Planning Assistant and Client Services Administrator with hands-on experience supporting Australian financial advisers with administrative and client service tasks.

In my current role, I assist advisers by preparing meeting packs, organizing client information, updating Xplan CRM records, and coordinating with providers to support financial advice implementation. I am experienced in handling SOA preparation support, portfolio reports, provider follow-ups, and client documentation.
I am detail-oriented and organized, and I make sure tasks are completed accurately and on time. I am comfortable working with deadlines, managing multiple requests, and supporting advisers behind the scenes so they can focus on clients.

I also have customer service experience handling email and chat support, which helped me develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.
