I finished a vocational course Computer Programming. We discussed how to properly use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Specifically, I am well-trained in encoding. My hand muscles memorize the keyboard. I probably able to type 80-100 words per minute. I worked in a computer world for 16 years.
I love my typing skills a lot. It is my talent to earn.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I worked in a Business Processing Outsourcing and was assigned in an email support. I was good in typing skill and create good responses to the customers.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I experienced working as a chat support, chatting 4 customers at the same time when it's queuing. Sometimes, we 3 customers at the same time. We have time limit for our responses for those 4 customers and has a limit to finish the chat each of them.
Experience: 10+ years
I worked since I was 19 years old. I became a Barangay secretary and a customer service representative so I face computer a lot, everyday. I am good in typing, good communication skills in English. I am skilled in encoding.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I did a part time job selling foods or viands. I do the budgeting or accounting to make sure I will know the capital I spent and how much profit I get. Though it was a small business, I did the accounting. I also studied accounting during my college days.
