Profile Description

For more than 4 years, I've focused on improving my knowledge and skills as a customer service representative. I gained more knowledge, experience, skills and more tools to help our customers efficiently and effectively. Being exposed in customer service careers made me realize that a person needs someone not just for help but someone to rely on in terms of something beyond their limitations. My experience as a customer service representative enables me to become a team player, more understanding and helped me think outside the box. I became part of the escalation team which helped me think more critically as I have to communicate with someone who needs more understanding. These experiences are something that I am proud of and made me become more passionate to help people.
