I am excited to apply for the Chief of Staff / Senior Executive Assistant / Operations Manager role and would like to briefly introduce my background and value proposition.
I bring 15+ years of professional experience across executive support, operations management, customer service, communications, and team leadership. My core strengths include strategic communication, calendar and stakeholder management, operations oversight, time management, and integrity—skills I consistently apply in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
From 2020–2022, I worked in various virtual and remote roles, including Virtual Project Manager, Communications Officer, Community Manager for an E-commerce Digital Marketing company, and Executive Assistant to startup founders and C-suite executives. These roles strengthened my ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle client communications, and support leadership remotely.
From 2022–2025, I served as Executive Assistant to the Mayor of a provincial LGU, where I simultaneously led and coordinated three (3) offices with approximately 50 staff. During this same period, I also acted as Operations and General Manager of a Cooperative Financial Institution, overseeing daily operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in my career, I spent over four (4) years in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, progressing from Customer Service Representative II to Team Leader, which solidified my expertise in customer experience, performance management, and people leadership. Most recently, I served as a Services Development Manager for firms based in New York and Los Angeles, supporting service design, client coordination, and operational growth.
I often describe myself as a “multi-disciplinary professional”—someone who adapts quickly, thrives under pressure, and consistently delivers results across industries, including government, finance, BPO, digital marketing, and professional services.
Academically, I hold a Juris Doctor (Postgraduate Degree) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Certificate in International Studies, providing me with strong foundations in legal research, compliance, critical thinking, and professional writing.
My strengths lie in clear communication, strategic follow-through, executive support, and operational excellence. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Strategic Communications has been my key strength since University days. Having headed the student council up to exposures in different industries in the past 10 years.

Exposure to Team Leadership and Office Management since 2011. It is a skillset that I have been harnessing since then.

I have been leading an office-based staff and even in community involvement. My most recent Professional-related experience was handling around 50 people composing two different offices in the industry where I was working with.

The COVID19 pandemic has exposed me to Project Management and Capacity Planning on a Professional level. Albeit I have previous exposures about it, only during the 2020-2022 where I got the professional exposure where I was really paid to do some tasks about such.
Experience: Less than 6 months
As a Political Science and Juris Doctor degrees holder, I am very much capable of doing Legal Writing, Legal Research, even on-boarding of clients.
