I oversee the Facebook page of my company business. Make sure to post announcement, promotion and photo of new products. Answer all customer inquiries and suggest other products. Booked deliveries or orders and follow-up collections. I also post and schedule post and choose the area of where to make my post visible after identifying our target audients.

I edit and post announcements, latest updates, promotions like discounts, upcoming events, products pictures and its details in the best way possible to make it look catchy to our audients.

I personally booked my own and family, also friends plane tickets. I also experience to cater other company to booked on all their employee's ticket. I looked for less fare available on their chosen schedule and give them options. I asked the clients for necessary information and the date/ time they prefer to travel and to where exactly the location. I also give them best deals options available for them to decide. Make sure to inform the client, items that not allow or ban to carry during their flight on the particular place.

I am currently assigned to prepare summary of sales report, expenses, purchase order and many more. Also, I am do the preparation and processing of permits and licenses which needs to enter right information prior to submission.

I encode summary report of our sales, collection, and inventory ready for submission. Make sure that details asked must be delivered in a best way I can make it for easy data analyzation.

I schedule post of our companies page, processing and submission of permits, sales/ expenses/ inventory and other business reports for submission.

I assist our customer by answering inquiries through emails, phone calls, text messages, Viber, Facebook and I am also physically available in our store during business hours. I am also suggesting for options and educate prospect on our existing products. I also do follow-up calls for previous orders made, to make sure my customer are happy with the product and they will buy again.
