Profile Description

- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met as planned.
- Conducts alignment meetings and sets corresponding calendar invites to stakeholders for faster communication of relevant project details.
- Produces relevant documents such as Project Plan, Project Timeline, Project Milestone, and Deployment plan.
- Performs Weekly and Monthly Project and Service Reviews to customers to ensure well-coordinated information.
- Proactively communicates acquired information to internal and external customers through email and phone calls if needed.
- Conducts internal and external meetings for business requirements alignment and execution.
- Performs FIT-GAP analysis to translate and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Responsible for functional requirement assessment to identify business priorities for a highly effective business solution.
- Produces relevant documents such as Business Requirements Documents, Use-Case Analyses, and Activity Plans as well as the creation of Project Mock-ups.
- Develops test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for internal testing documentation
