I started my career as a Marketing Assistant to an International Food and Beverage Distributor based in Manila, Philippines. After careful considerations, I invested my time and focused on improving my Business Relations skills by joining the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Here, I learn to multitask, handle multiple clients, manage/maximize resources, and use several CRM tools like Siebel and Salesforce.
After few years of working as a customer service representative, I'm now working as a B2B Business Development Specialist for Reed Elsevier, a globally known company for it's Business and Legal solutions expertise. I'm part of the Reed Exhibitions. We help businesses grow their business. We organize/create trade shows and events to help them and their brands widen their networks and find more leads. Last April, I had the opportunity to be the Customer Success Lead of the Functional Fabric Fair Spring show held in Portland, Oregon. Even though I worked remotely, with the help of my partner and the support of our Business Unit Director, we were able to pull off a great trade show.
