Profile Description
• Deals and negotiate with suppliers and vendors. Placing order and ensure that all information is accurate with the IPO’s, PFI, PL and etc.
• Closely working with the finance department to ensure all payments are accurate with the terms indicated in the PFI.
• Process export and import shipment for international orders. Ensures that shipping is cost effective and can meet the lead time required by the customer.
• Handles ministry approval for customs clearance requirements.
• Analyze and calculate cost value of each product to determine cost, sale, and market pricing.
• Analyze forecast, supply/demand, proposal, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices. Negotiate and deals contracts, pricing, lead time and materials is up to quality standard.
• Coordinate and assist manufacturer/supplier for the required documents for ministry product registration. Responsible for submission and follow up of these required documents from the manufacturer and ministry.
