I completed formal dispatcher training in June 2026, covering HOS compliance, load board operations, route planning, freight coordination, and dispatch documentation.

What sets me apart is that I've been doing the core work of dispatching — just under a different title. As an Operations Supervisor in a heavily regulated, 24/7 online gaming environment, I was responsible for:
