Profile Description

Real estate has been the one constant throughout my career for more than 15 years.

I've worked in Singapore property conveyancing, U.S. private lending, and Philippine real estate sales, giving me a unique perspective on how successful transactions come together—from the first client conversation to closing.

On the sales side, I've closed over PHP 78M in condominium sales through consultative selling, relationship building, and consistent follow-up. I built a referral-based business within the OFW community in Singapore and later adapted to fully remote selling during the COVID-19 pandemic, closing PHP 42M in sales through digital consultations.

On the lending side, I was promoted to Head Underwriter & Loan Processing Supervisor for a U.S.-based private lender, where I reviewed loan files, presented financing terms, coordinated with borrowers, attorneys, and title companies, and helped move transactions smoothly from application to funding.

My legal background in Singapore property conveyancing strengthened my understanding of contracts, documentation, and real estate transactions—knowledge that continues to help me build trust with clients and navigate complex deals with confidence.
