Profile Description
I Have been with the BPO industry for over 10 years and 4 years of those were part of the leadership team. My first 6 years in the industry were composed of 3 years as a customer representative agent catering to those interested students to go back to school and helping them look for available online universities. The next 4 years would be with the collections department in which my first year was speaking to residential customers and 3 years was to help the business department in collecting payments to large and small businesses.
My current and previous 3 years as part of the Leadership departs was to work with the Technical support, collections, and billing Department. Those experiences helped me understand how to motivate agents in reaching their goals on monthly basis and the importance of delegation to a members growth
