I helped clients set up their Amazon seller accounts, launch products, and manage listings from start to finish. I also assisted with compliance appeals, resolved account or listing issues, and supported Amazon Ads to help improve visibility and sales. My role focused on making the process smoother and easier for sellers at every stage.

I managed Amazon product listings by creating and updating product details, optimizing titles and descriptions, fixing listing issues, and ensuring all information was accurate and compliant with Amazon’s guidelines. I also monitored listings to keep them active and sales-ready.

I’ve worked in customer support roles where I assisted customers and partners through email and chat, answered questions, and resolved issues. I also have experience as a Guest Services Agent at Hilton, where I handled front-desk operations, assisted guests with check-ins and requests, addressed concerns, and made sure each guest had a positive experience. Across these roles, I’ve developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments.

I handled Amazon Ads by creating initial campaigns, adjusting budgets, and managing keywords using Clocklocked to monitor and optimize each Amazon account’s campaigns individually, helping improve visibility and sales.

I have experience in data entry, including organizing information, updating records, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in spreadsheets and databases. I’m detail-oriented and efficient, able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.

I supported Amazon PPC at a basic level, assisting with campaign setup, monitoring performance, and making simple adjustments.

I used Calendly to schedule and manage meetings with clients, discussing their eCommerce accounts, addressing questions, and providing guidance to help improve their online stores.
