Hi, my name is ---------- ---------- . I'm 31 years old, happily married for over five years, and a proud father to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. My wife is also in the remote work field — she works as a virtual assistant and is a travel professional under an Australian-based company.Professionally, I’ve built my experience in the customer service and travel industry over the last several years. My journey began back in 2016 when I joined Teleperformance Incorporated under the ---------- account. I started off as a customer service representative, assisting customers with their flight bookings, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and various travel activities.After a year of hands-on service, I was promoted to a Tier 2 supervisor on-call, where I worked with Global Distribution Systems, specifically SABRE and AMADEUS. In this role, my main responsibility was to support Tier 1 agents — especially when requests involved more technical or backend processes using GDS tools. I held this position for over two years, gaining deep knowledge of the systems and strengthening my leadership and problem-solving skills.During the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned to a new account within Teleperformance — this time with American Express. There, I continued working with SABRE and assisted high-value clients, maintaining the same standard of service and ---------- March 2025, I made the decision to resign from Teleperformance to explore work-from-home opportunities. This move was driven by my desire to have more flexibility, to be closer to my family, and to continue growing in a remote work environment.With nearly a decade of experience in customer service, technical support, and travel management, I’m now looking for a new opportunity where I can bring value through my expertise and commitment to excellent service.
