I am a Real Estate Bookkeeping Expert with substantial experience in Real Estate Accounting and Bookkeeping with Mastery on Fix & Flips, Buy & Hold/Rentals, Double Closing, Wholesaling, Wrap Sale, Airbnb/Vrbo Rentals, Land Investing and Real Estate Financing. I have recorded at least 1000 HUD Statements. I have great Excel skills and knowledgeable in other Google/Microsoft tools acquired from Audit work which focuses on creating reports.
I use Quickbooks Online in a very organized Recording of Client's transactions which also includes Recording of Hud Statements, establishing of Client's Chart of Accounts, Recording of Mortgage Payables/Receivables, Daily Categorizing Client's Transactions, Bank Reconciliations and sending of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Reports.
