I possess a comprehensive understanding of the procedures and best practices in the field of real estate. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional administrative and operational support. As a Real Estate VA, I provide back-end and administrative support for all of your real estate tasks, including Real Estate Administration, managing various administrative tasks specific to Real Estate.
• Input listings into MLS. Entering your listings in MLS or other real estate sites • Prepare all pre-listing materials and obtain essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures. • Email Handling (contact person on every transaction. Coordinating with agents, brokers, lenders, inspector, escrow agent, title company, buyers and sellers) • Document preparation of Real Estate Sales transaction from Counter offers to Closing of Contracts, Preparing DocuSign for buyers and sellers. • Respond to emails & checking all the offers/contracts to be sent to the seller, making sure that all documents are being signed by both parties, following up to make sure that the transaction is smooth and successful. • Order property photography. Coordinate virtual tour appointment if service is separate from the photography session.
 I am also an experienced Data Analyst with intensive training in pulling comps and creating Real Estate BPO Reports for both Condition Report, Exterior, and Interior. 
I have worked experience in Analyzing land parcels across the USA and determining minimum and maximum market value. Evaluating market value and making an offer to the land owners using the proprietary calculator. Working with the Outreach team, Lead Processing team making sure enough information is gathered prior to analyzing the property. Maintaining accurate market values and offer values to be able to create offers and send them to sellers at the time of performing analysis. Participating in Property review and analysis meetings to help and seek help in evaluating certain land transactions. Evaluating properties for certain land subdivide opportunities 
I also have a background as an Cold Caller - Appointment Setter/Virtual Assistant for Cash buyer, Investor, Wholesaler and Real estate Agent remotely based in the UK and I'm familiar with Phonetics, Rightmove, and Gumtree. I have a BPO experience for two years as Customer Representative for INBOUND CALLS (TELCO and Health Care all US Based Companies).
