Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to you through this Application Letter to express my interest in applying for the Admin/Virtual Assistant position. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years for a UK-based client handling hotel bookings; and as a Virtual Assistant for 1 year for a UK-based client handling appointment scheduling and other secretarial roles.
 I am confident with my skills in programs such as Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Presentation), MS Excel, and other MS Office applications necessary for reports and correspondence.
 I am an organized and detail-oriented individual who can fluently communicate in English. I am also willing to learn new programs that the company makes use of.

With this work experience, I have developed my skills in client correspondence via emails & calls, and documentation. I believe that given my work experience, willingness, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, I would be a great fit for this role if given the opportunity.
