- Accounts Reconciliation

- Reviews and validates credit application of new and existing customers
- Performs OR analysis and application
- Follow up overdue accounts via calls and emails
- Sending monthly Statement of Accounts to update the status of customers
- Sending Demand Letters
- Conducts Account Reconciliation to accounts that have overdue and issues
- Prepares monthly Balance Sheet
- Prepare monthly Journal Entry
- Analyze customer's status whether to release or hold orders
- Makes sure that overdue liabilities were collected
