I am a Facebook Media Buyer, I am responsible for the development ,execution and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns, across a variety of media channels (ranging from social media to other platforms), with the end goal of reaching and engaging a brand's intended demographics.

Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies. Develop, launch and manage new competition and campaigns that promote your business. Undertake audience research. Monitor, track , analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using such Facebook Insights. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty. Handling office task such as filling generating reports and presentations. Reordering supplies using computers to generate reports, conducting research and maintaining polite and professional communications via phone and email.

I was responsible for keeping historical records, preparing analysis of accounts and providing Monthly Report of process payment for Suppliers and Employees like: Telephone and postage (Globe and Innove). Rental Payment for stores. Checking Time card (Payroll) and Process Janitorial Security Services. I was accountable for maintaining a records and processing the Request for Check Voucher Preparation and encode appropriate entries including the branch of the corresponding payment using Navision System. Process Vendor Invoices using Navision system with precision and attention to detail. I also, collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals for payment. In additional, I was to ensure that all request for payment has valid supporting documents for payment processing. I was responsible to reconcile vendors statements and resolve discrepancies and review of employees Liquidation and Reimbursement. Summarizing, Recording and Entries of Petty Cash Expenses over 21+ Store Locations. Ensure that all Financial Report, Vouchers and supporting documents are filled and well maintained for future references. Ensure correct and complete recording of all transactions in the company accounting system.

Monthly Sales Reconciliation and Reporting (Gross Sales, Cost of Sales and Gross Profit). Generate Monthly Sales using JDA System. Monthly Gift Bags Monitoring for Issuances and Consumption. Merchandise Accountability Analysis for Location. Monthly Sales Reconciliation for Online Accounts (M&S Zalora, M&S Lazada, M&S Trunc, RCC Online, H.O S&D). Audits the Request for Inventory Adjustment in Quantity (RIAQ’s) for Approval over 21+ Stores locations. Prepares the Claim for the Damages from Local Shipment. Consolidate Store Errors from the Team. Monitor sub locations for Conditional Sale, RM, and IUP Request for Check Voucher Preparation checking for Gift Bags. Inventory Analysis (Luzon Area, Paseo & Marquee). Conduct Year End Inventory in all Locations.
