Hi! I'm Mica, 27 yrs. old. I am currently employed as an Executive Assistant for 1 year. We do travel (flights and hotel) booking, car transfer, calendar and email management, scheduling call and meetings, file management, project management, web research, data entry, Internal coordination, expense and invoice reports, etc.
I had a client in Upwork for 6 months as administrative assistant. Prior to teaching I also had an experience as an administrative assistant for 6 months also.
I trained to be a virtual assistant for 60 hours. Also got a TESOL certificate for my communication skill. Proficient in using different Google applications, all Microsoft office, Canva, Outlook, Microsoft teams, Trello, and Asana.
I am organized. I also have a skill in editing posters, photos and simple video editing. I am also proactive, flexible in every task, and a critical thinker.
