I am currently in the Business Process Outsourcing industry and have been here for seven years. The program I am handling right now has clients globally — mainly from the United States, Australia, and India. I handle the front liner training for the services they offer such as remote technical support, social media monitoring, and career certifications. This position helped build my expertise in research, data entry and analytics, material development, and training facilitation and I am looking for more opportunities to use and hone them.
Delivering a positive and low-effort experience to a client is always on top of my priorities. I also make it a point to always work with honesty and transparency to build trust with every client I work with.
