I'm a Real Estate Virtual Assistance & Property Manager

I love helping real estate landlords in handling their participant applications, Section 8 voucher RFTA packet process, and Applicant screening checking important information like rent history and work. Applicant appointments for viewing and inspections of the property. 

Processing their documents to the Section 8, Regular or  Conventional Applicant, Checking the latest FMR to dUpgrade to see actual info their rent. Fill outing their Lease Agreement documents in Zip forms and I usually use DocuSign for signing documents to the new tenants and other subsidy documents required to avail of their program.

Respond to the client emails for the applicant, tenant, and other subsidy inquiries for property for rent, maintenance complaints, notices of late payments, vacate, termination, rent increase, section 8 & city inspections, and fill outing eviction Upgrade to see actual infoanizing each tenant's documents to google Upgrade to see actual infoecking the tenant ledger if they pay their rent monthly and subsidy to follow up with Upgrade to see actual infotting up the bill pay in Bank of America Researching for properties information, owner name, deeds book/page, and taxes on government websites. Also, I have a basic knowledge of Quickbooks.
