Profile Description

I am Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our ecommerce store on an ongoing basis. This role will start with specific tasks (SKU labels, website updates, translations) and can expand over time to include stock management and other operational tasks, depending on performance. This is a long-term role for the right person. Key Responsibilities Create and edit SKU / product labels in Canva using data from Google Sheets Maintain and update our Shopify website (products, collections, menus, pages) Assist with adding new languages and translating website content Translate and update product pages and static pages (accuracy is critical) Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, tags, collections) Help organize and maintain Shopify collections (Shop All, Best Sellers, Bundles, etc.) Perform stock and inventory-related tasks (updating quantities, tracking SKUs, assisting with stock organization) Support general Shopify admin and ecommerce operations as needed Additional tasks may be added over time as the role develops.

I can assist with administrative tasks, Shopify Product Lister like import image and edit , Data Entry collect data and put the spread sheet, Email Management, Research Product, and other day-to-day support needs. I value clear communication, confidentiality, and delivering quality work on time.
