Hi, I’m Kristine.

I have over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, ticketing, returns, and appointment booking, working with clients and customers from Australia, the UK, and the USA. My call center background helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a professional approach to handling customers.

After that, I transitioned into working from home and built my skills in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM management, GoHighLevel, Meta ads support, content creation, graphic design, basic video editing, and AI-assisted content and video generation.

I also have experience as an Airbnb Virtual Assistant and in UK tenant maintenance coordination, helping with guest communication, booking support, maintenance requests, contractor coordination, follow-ups, and general property admin tasks.

I worked as a Real Estate VA for USA clients in the past I have worked with Brokerage recruitment, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Investors, Flippers and Wholesalers I have handled Texas, Florida, California Based Clients in the past.
