Profile Description

I’ve been in the financial markets industry for the past 6 years. I used to manage forex trading accounts from different investors around the U.S. and eventually handled proprietary trading accounts.  My recent freelance work involves using intercom platform to respond to client’s questions and inquiries for a forex trading prop firm.  

 I’ve used multiple platforms in the past including mt4 and mt5 and crypto platforms.  

 I have a background in customer support for a crypto trading platform which I respond to inquiries and questions via telegram, live chat (crisp), ---------- and social media accounts. Aside from doing customer support, I also do research for daily news in the crypto world to edit and post in our website as blogs.
