Hi I'm Pam I have been working in real estate project
like Condos and Townhouses for years

I have strong experience with Architectural drafting and Estimate.

I mainly work using Autocad, SkectUp and Lumion but I am
can also expose in using Revit. I am seeking for the best software that will
visualize the project to reality.
 
Proficient
 Drafting:  Using AutoCAD and Revit for 2D floor and Site

I can also use Sketchup for Plotting and Presentation
 
3D Modeling: Using Sketch Up for Interior and Exterior
Perspective

3D Rendering Using Lumion or 3Ds Max
 
3D Animation : Using Lumion for walk through to Exterior
through Interior.
 
Estimate: Using Planswift for Material Take Off to Budget
