Started my career working from home as an ISA for a Real Estate Company based out in Florida assisting Buyer and Seller and live transfer to realtor or mortgage loan officer for 6 months. Offered a job with a local investor based out in Arizona, doing cold calling, appointment setting, and helping with Admin works for a little over 2 years.
I also have extensive training during my time in the BPO industry. I joined Financial Account as CSR for one 1year dealing with debit cards activation, setting up pins, transaction inquiry, and calling 3rd party merchants for an unauthorized transaction. I also joined one of the biggest social media technology companies in the US as CSR/Tech Support for quite a few years. Doing inbound and outbound calls, assisting/ troubleshooting customers with their cable, internet, and landline phones. Sending out technicians to designated customer's addresses for troubleshooting. Also dealing with bill inquiries, refunds, and cancellation of services. Upsell for eligible accounts as part of KPIs.
