As a Transaction Coordinator , it is my responsibility to oversee Real Estate transactions from contract to close. I maintain constant communication with all parties involved in the transaction including title company, lender, agent, inspector, appraiser and contractors to make sure that the deal is on track and close in a timely manner. I help fix issues with files and ensure documents are received from/by each parties.
I can also offer Listing Coordination services. From preparing necessary listing documents, obtaining signatures, input of listing in the MLS and receiving offers. I may also assist buyers/buyer agents in preparing and sending purchase offers to listing agents/sellers.
