I was also working as a customer service and technical support representative

(5) years in a US-based, prepaid mobile service provider. As a representative, I had the chance of dealing with customers all over the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico by handling their technical concerns. Such as creating and dispatching of tickets, providing troubleshooting procedures, updates the billing system, process sales, payments and refunds. I also initiate outbound calls and handle managerial escalated calls. I have been recognized twice, for the exemplary job that I did and was awarded as a Top Agent.
My previous work experiences were great instruments in enhancing my skills to be a better person, a better representative, which I could definitely make use today. This company will surely play an important part in my career life to further develop my personality, my skills and attitude towards work.
