Hello, I'm Rye Charmaine Narzabal, a
Electrical Engineer with over 11 years of experience as an MEPF Project Manager, leading construction projects from planning and pre-construction through execution, testing and commissioning, and project closeout.

Throughout my career, I have managed multiple base build and fit-out projects, including hotels, commercial malls, office buildings, residential condominiums, and power plant projects. My responsibilities include project planning, developing and tracking schedules using Microsoft Project, monitoring milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

I also have experience in estimation and quantity takeoffs, reviewing drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, shop drawings, and RFIs to prepare accurate material quantities, support procurement, evaluate variations, and coordinate project costs during pre-construction and execution.

A significant part of my role is coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, structural and MEPF engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies. I facilitate project meetings, support permit applications, maintain project documentation, resolve design conflicts, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

I have worked with international clients in the US, UK, and Singapore and am proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, AdaptiveWork, InGenius, Canva, and have working knowledge of Revit for design coordination and clash detection. I also use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity and streamline workflows.

What I bring to a Project Manager role is strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills. I am highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and delivering successful project outcomes. I am also eager to learn new systems and can start as soon as possible.
