Hello, I'm Michelle.

I am a Freight Broker Virtual Assistant with a strong background in logistics and corporate operations. I previously worked for 3 years as an Accounting Assistant at LiteXpress International Inc. Philippines), where I gained hands-on experience in logistics-related administrative and financial tasks such as accounts payable/receivable support, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

I have also completed training in Freight Course 101, where I learned the fundamentals of freight brokerage operations including LTL and FTL quoting, carrier selection, load management, and dispatch support.

I am familiar with LTL/FTL quoting using carriers such as Estes, TForce, and Old Dominion (ODFL), as well as TMS shipment creation, load board research, check calls, and track & trace monitoring. I am also capable of preparing and organizing BOL (Bill of Lading) and POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation to ensure accurate shipment records.

Although I am transitioning into the freight brokerage VA role, my logistics background, training, and attention to detail make me well-prepared to support fast-paced freight operations. I am eager to grow, highly trainable, and committed to providing reliable and efficient support to brokers and logistics teams.
