Workforce Management Planning Supervisor

As a Workforce Management Supervisor, I handle capacity planners, schedulers and real time analysts. Part of it is teaching my schedulers how to properly schedule based on client requirements. Create necessary changes depending on client demands and trends.

I have been handling Capacity Planning for more than 7 years. My present role is a Workforce Capacity Planning Supervisor. I lead a team of Capacity Planners, Schedulers and Real Time Analysts. As a Planning supervisor, I ensure that client requirements are met, I create templates and Capacity / Forecasting Dashboards to easily monitor the client requirements and make proper forecasting based on trends and historical data.

I am currently a Workforce Management Capacity Planning Supervisor with a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of the workforce lifecycle—ranging from real-time monitoring and short-term scheduling to long-range capacity planning and strategic forecasting. Posses a proven track record of balancing operational efficiency with financial goals while leading multi-cultural teams in high-pressure environments.
