My experience includes supporting users, setting up Windows Server services such as Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy, and assisting with remote troubleshooting. I am also familiar with tools like ConnectWise Manage, Datto RMM, ScreenConnect and Auvik.
I’m someone who is reliable, organized, and eager to continuously learn. I enjoy solving technical problems and helping users resolve issues quickly and professionally. I’m currently seeking a remote IT support or junior IT role where I can grow my skills and contribute to a strong IT team.
