My background is in workforce management, reporting, and analytics, and in recent years I’ve also led a team of developers managing HR systems and technology projects that improved employee experience. I took up my MBA at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and earlier in my career I worked in various leadership and analytics roles in multinational firms.
