-Handle calls, emails, and chats to assist clients with their travel plans.
-Use Amadeus GDS and other travel platforms to manage bookings, pricing, ticketing, and itinerary coordination.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures during call interactions and maintain a positive demeanor.



For Healthcare VA
-Manage and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with accuracy and confidentiality.
-Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and telehealth sessions.
-Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat with empathy and professionalism.
-Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and follow up on billing matters.
-Prepare and send medical reports, prescriptions, and referrals as directed by healthcare providers.
-Assist with telemedicine setup, ensuring patients and providers have a seamless virtual consultation experience.
-Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications and data handling.


For Bookkepper
