Lead Management:
CRM handling/management.
Keep tasks recorded and updated with proper notes of call logs and callback info.
Contact warm leads in a timely manner.
Identifying the interest level of the seller.
Negotiate deal offers.
Building and updating motivated lists in the pipeline.
Creating and Sending Agreement/Contract
Appointment Set/ Calendar Management

Disposition, Acquisition, and Admin Task:
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and task reminders.
Help with transaction file organization and document uploads.
Call the prospective buyer and introduce the listed/under contract property and invite to the Showing.
Answer emails, calls, and texts from buyers, agents, and sellers.
Organize the list of potential buyers in Excel, and those who are interested in the property Showing/Visit.
Run comparables and ARV.
Send an offer to the buyer and seller.

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Cold calls homeowners or prospective sellers.
Record notes accurately in CRM.
Qualify motivated sellers.
Set appointments for Follow-up.
