Profile Description

For the past year, I've served as a Quality Assurance specialist in the real estate photography sector. This role has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the full QA process, including meticulous checks of color accuracy, image alignment, client specifications, and ensuring precise delivery of images according to standard operating procedures

Below is a list of the tasks I have been responsible for over the past two years:

1. Culling Raw files and removing duplicates and bad angles before sending to the editors.
2. Organizing orders through ---------- to make sure all the incoming jobs are streamlined and properly scheduled.
3. Communicating to Photographers to check if there’s any edit request from the agent.
4. Receiving edited images from the editors and QA the images using Lightroom and Photoshop.
5. Uploading the QA images to the HDPhotohub, Aryeo or RTV while checking any order notes such as (Removing stains, Wall Color Correction, Image Alignment, Declutter/Virtual Staged)
6. Checking everything if all the items are all added such as (Video tour, floor plan, Matterport and virtual staging, etc.)
7. Receiving and Communicating customer request through email
8. Processed 2D Floor plans (Cubicasa / Matterport) and uploaded them to the HD Photohub/Client Folder
9. Making Sure that the orders for today are all delivered to the agents/realtor
10. Communicating with clients to resolve client requests such as virtual staging, decluttering, wall correction, MLS images, and missing images and providing a timeline to solve their requests.
11. Calendar Management is one of my roles to receive and deliver agents/realtor orders in a timely manner.
