I help small business owners keep their bookkeeping and administrative tasks organized so they can focus on growing their business.

I have 5 years of corporate experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst, handling invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor coordination, payment tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records. I am also currently working as a part-time Bookkeeping & Accounting Assistant, supporting a US-based client using QuickBooks Online. My responsibilities include transaction categorization, bookkeeping cleanup, reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, maintaining organized financial records, and documenting transactions requiring client verification.

I am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and Xero Certified, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping support, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and transaction management.
