This is ---------- , HIPAA certified. I have worked in a call center for one year and have been a medical biller for almost two years. I have experience in A/R follow-up and a basic background in credentialing. I have also handled outbound calls to verify patient eligibility and benefits with insurance companies, as well as inbound calls to address inquiries from patients and providers regarding their billing statements. I completed a training course and earned a certificate from VA's of the Future in Medical Billing and introduction to Coding, Medical VA, Dental VA, Telemedicine, Mental Health, Prior Authorization, Phone Handling,  and Insurance Verification.
