At the radio station, I developed user manuals, operational guides, and training materials to ensure smooth on-air and technical operations. As a Marketing Officer, I created detailed content for product descriptions, promotional materials, and reports, translating complex concepts into easily understandable language. With extensive experience in Administrative Management, I have successfully managed operations in both a radio station and as a Marketing Officer. At the radio station, I oversaw day-to-day operations, coordinated staff schedules, managed resources, and ensured smooth communication between departments. I was also responsible for maintaining efficient office systems and resolving operational challenges for 8 years. As a Marketing Officer in 2 years, I applied my organizational skills to create and execute marketing strategies, managed budgets, and supervised campaigns, all while maintaining effective customer relations.
