Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cable, internet, and telco connections Provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to customers to resolve issues Communicate with patients and providers regarding claim status and any necessary actions Offer solutions to customers' problems and provide alternative options when necessary Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed Identify and diagnose problems using advanced diagnostic tools and technical knowledge

Manage email inboxes, respond to messages, and triage urgent matters Provide calendar organization, scheduling, and reminder services Conduct research, data entry, and data analysis Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Create and schedule social media content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages Analyze engagement metrics and track performance using analytics tools Design visually appealing graphics, logos, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Create engaging blog posts, articles, and website content Develop email marketing campaigns using email marketing software (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) Assist with video editing and production (e.g., trimming clips, adding music) Create client website and linktree Provide technical support for website updates and maintenance

Verify patient eligibility and benefits for various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, etc.) Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and information for claims submission Communicate with patients and providers regarding claim status and any necessary actions Manage HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) and PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) contracts Respond to patient inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and healthcare services Provide clear explanations of complex medical terminology and insurance concepts

Research and develop itineraries for clients, including flight schedules, hotel accommodations, and tour activities Negotiate contracted rates with hotels and suppliers to create cost-effective packages for clients Create detailed costing for packages, including all expenses and inclusions Balance school responsibilities with work tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments Assist in the coordination and execution of travel arrangements for clients
