A part of the inspectorate team for the construction of various expressway projects by the Department of Public Works and Highways

This is my main line of work as a civil engineer in the DPWH. As we are tasked for the Right-of-Way Acquisition of properties may it be Land, Structures and also Trees and Utilities to be acquired for the construction of Infrastructure projects

• Assisting customers that called thru Walmart.com hotline regarding their orders may it be refund, return, stolen, damaged order. Also if their having issues with their account specially with their credit card payment. • Helping customers with placing an order, tracking the timely delivery of their orders and modification if can be made. • Addressing complaints lodge in the hotline and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner • Assisting customers with website navigation, setting up an account and troubleshooting issues. • Handled sensitive information with discretion, following data privacy protection and confidentiality guidelines.

Able to estimate structures/houses traversed by the right-of-way acquisition of the infrastructure project
