I handle the full bookkeeping cycle — daily invoicing, collections tracking, bank reconciliation, vendor bill entry, payroll support (ADP-assisted), and financial reporting including Profit and Loss statements, Aging Reports, and Sales Reports. I also prepare daily sales reports and break down daily and weekly sales trends in plain language, so owners and managers can make quick, informed decisions without having to dig through the numbers themselves.

I'm experienced in subcontractor compliance (W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, subcontractor agreements), commission tracking, and multi-account reconciliation. I work independently, communicate proactively, and I'm used to reporting directly to owners and executives — so you'll always know where things stand without having to ask.
