I’m familiar with manual dialing and tools like Podio, GoHighLevel, Smartphone, and Dialpad for CRM and outreach.
Before that, I served as a Customer Service Representative at Collective Solution handling roadside assistance dispatch. I managed a high volume of urgent calls, assessed service eligibility, and coordinated timely support for drivers even during high-pressure, after-hours shifts.
I also have experience in the solar and student loan industries where I consistently met lead targets, educated clients on technical offerings, and maintained strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
