I also work closely with procurement and operations teams to improve cost efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
In addition to my accounting background, I have BPO / Call Center experience as a Customer Service Representative, handling high-volume inbound calls, billing inquiries, account verification, and customer concerns. This experience strengthened my communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, remote and client-facing environments, making me comfortable working with international clients.
