- Chart of accounts customization
- Upload historical transactions from bank data

Recording Financial Transactions:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure all transactions are properly categorized and documented in accounting system.
Journal Entries:
- Assist in posting and processing journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure entries are documented and classified correctly.
Reconciliation:
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements, credit card statements, payment gateways and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Reconcile other balance sheet accounts to underlying records.
Accounts Payable:
- Verify and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain records of all transactions.
- Resolve any discrepancies related to vendor billing.
Accounts Receivable:
- Assist in invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivables.
Payroll Assistance:
- Support payroll processing by preparing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Transaction Reports:
- Generate routine transaction reports, summaries and detailed financial information to assist in financial analysis and decision-making.
- Monthly financial reporting including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and month-to-month comparisons whenever applicable.
Documentation and Filing:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
Software Utilization:
- Utilize Xero, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other accounting software to perform to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
- Stay current with updates and best practices in accounting software.
