Profile Description

A passionate team leader and member. I am a graduate of AB Political Science at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas and took 18 units of Education.
I worked as an Intern for the Department of Interior and Local Government - Local Government Academy for 200 hours. My duties include clerical work, research, and participation in the Climate Change Expenditure workshop held at LGA University of the Philippines - Los Baños. A year later, I worked as a Project Assistant and was eventually promoted to Project Officer at the DILG - Local Government Academy. I also worked as Regional Coordinator at CHED-UniFAST in Region IV (CALABARZON). During my stint as Regional Coordinator for CHED, I assisted in the delivery of the main milestones in the mapping of StuFAPs implementers and partner agencies at the regional level, assisted in the conduct of assessment, evaluation, and monitoring of various activities, programs, and projects mandated by Republic Act 10687, the UniFAST Act and Republic Act 10931, the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, I coordinated with government-funded StuFAP implementers and partner agencies at the regional level. After two years and 5 months with CHED, I was given an opportunity to work for the Department of Health during the pandemic and worked for the Communications Management Unit (CMU) as a Health Program Officer and was designated as the lead for the platforms section. During this stint, I lead in developing strategies for Platforms optimisation, oversaw the overall management of all DOH Platforms, including the planning and delivery of content, community management, and performance monitoring and evaluation, and researched and evaluated the latest trends and techniques in measuring social media activity, I also facilitated the preparation of progress and other relevant reports as necessary for the operation of the platforms section.
After 9 months, I was promoted to Senior Health Program Officer and was designated to be the lead of the Communications Governance Section. In this position, I lead in the development, coordination, and execution of strategic communications planning for the DOH in line with the agency’s vision, mission, and values, I also lead in the installation, updating, and maintenance of communication policies, systems, and standards in support of the approved communications strategies and initiatives, and assisted in planning, coordination, and management of communication activities in accordance with the approved communication strategies.
After my 1 year stint at the DOH, I got a job as a Senior Project Officer at the University of the Philippines under the Office pf the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In this office, I was assigned to handle the ISO certification of the office.
Lastly, I became a consultant for the Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM2). In this job, I provided technical assistance relative to the duties of the Commissioners and Co-Chairpersons, appeared for and/or assist the Commissioners and Co-Chairpersons in en banc meetings, sectoral and regional consultations, and undertook study and drafted a paper on the specific concerns of Commissioners and Co-Chairpersons.
