Procurement Section Manager

As part of our Business Plan one of our control item in procurement is to have a cost reduction and to proceed and achieved our control item, I review all the parts that we can be localized and if supplier in the Philippines is available and capable, by doing this I created cost reduction on parts.

I was assigned as Supervisor in factory planning and control and was task to become a project leader of a 3D printer machine with a given target date to implement, to proceed 1st I study what is this 3D printer then join some exhibit related to this to know Philippine supplier or available brand in the market, then after that I made a general schedule base on the study and a decision analysis of what brand and supplier to buy with the list of control item including, lead time of arrival, after market service, price, quality, safety features etc. that will meet our target implementation by doing this I was able to proposed and finished the task given to me.

I was assigned as New Model Project Leader to develop or localized chassis of the motorcycle, align with the Engineering Project Leader I list down all activities and control items or KPI that I want to achieved in the development, series of reporting and trials were done some difficulties like delay in some activities happened but recovery thru extension of work was done to completely achieved the target, then reflection was made considering all difficulties to next new model.
