About Me:

I have experience working as a Customer Service Representative for two companies. First one was under Verizon, the Second is Ancestry. After that I became a QBO Specialist for almost 3 years and got promoted and became a subject matter expert where I get to experience handling a team, providing learning session and agent coaching was my main task.
I also have experience working under a firm as a Bookkeeping Specialist where QBO and XERO are our main bookkeeping software.
